We have always prided ourselves on the fact that we reject the approach taken by average supply companies, where service is measured by how many thousands of items they can stock and speed is measured by how quickly their staff can get off the phone.

Instead, we've built ourselves following the suggestions of our friends and clients. Our belief and theirs is that there are plenty of organizations out there already doing a fine job of supplying all the countless components needed to keep pianos in top condition.
